Gainbuzz Inc at “afaqs! Brand Owners’ Summit 2015, Mumbai

Gainbuzz Team had the greatest experience on participating at ‘afaqs! Brand Owners’ Summit 2015’ held in Mumbai. This summit which happened at Westin Mumbai Garden City had very well-known advertisers and marketers alike to share their story and experiences. Naveen Kukreja, Gayatri Yadav and Gourav Rakshit are only few names from the big list.

This event was a very important to get to know the advertising market as the lectures given by the well known personalities here were great revelations and also a treat to the ears of listeners and learners. Mr. Gourav Rakshit, CEO of spoke on the evolution of and that was enhanced by Kathi Marshan’s lecture on Kotak’s journey as a brand over the last 30 years.

There was a lot of buzz in between when the Gainbuzz Inc video was running on the screen. Gainbuzz was the ‘Reach Partner’ here and had a great response from the people of the industry. We had obtained a stall and with the vibrantly colorful standees and wall decals Gainbuzz managed to catch many eyes of much interest of the people with questions ranging from what is Gainbuzz to our working policy. It was quite compelling for us too, as we were getting into these engaging discussions with the people.

One of most interesting things in the event was the panel discussion on “Handling challenges & opportunities of building a brand in the Start-up world” between Revant Bhate (Head of Marketing, Faasos), Shantanu Jha (CEO, Ziffi), Nikhil Rungta (CMO,, Naveen Kukreja (Group CMO- PolicyBazaar & MD – PaisaBazaar) moderated by Nimesh Shah (Co-Founder, Windchimes Communications). Here, there was so much to learn and think about.

The Final lecture was delivered by the much known brains behind Amul Girl, Rahul daCuhna whose topic was “how to stay relevant in the minds of time-strapped consumers – success story of India’s Amul Girl”, Rahul daCuhna is Sylvester daCuhna’s son and the current advertiser for Amul. This was a great lecture to hear because Amul with its 60s mascot is still known to everyone and it moves perfectly with the contemporary times using satire and humor.

Gainbuzz Inc is glad that it participated in the “afaqs! Brand Owners’ Summit” and will be sure to participate next year as well to catch some more eyes of the people. Thank you for making us the Reach Partner at the event and we look forward to unite with this event in future as well.
